Focus Trail, operated by Ricky Zheng, helps families organize learning activities. These terms describe use of the demo and signed-in service.
Family access
Parent accounts are intended for adults managing their own family or acting with permission. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you enter, keeping your account secure, and the family invitations and child devices you authorize. Only upload content you have permission to use and share.
Your content
You retain your rights to your content. You permit the service and its hosting providers to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including access by authorized family members and devices. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
Using the service
Do not attempt to access another family's information without permission, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content or misuse invitations and accounts. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security issues.
Availability and changes
The service is under active development. Features may change and interruptions or errors may occur. Demo data and unsent changes depend on the current browser's storage. Cloud synchronization requires a working connection and valid access. Focus Trail is a planning aid; parents remain responsible for learning decisions and checking saved plans.
